Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Luve Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Luve Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or other resolution when appropriate.
