At Luve Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our lip gloss products, all sales are generally considered final.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on lip gloss products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We only accept returns if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The order was lost due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, such as shipping an incorrect or damaged item.
